On your first full day in Israel, your travels around Tel Aviv reveal some of the striking contrasts that define the country. Start with a visit to the Independence Hall on Rotchild BLV in the historic part of Tel Aviv. Here Primer David Ben Gurion made the declaration of the independence of Israel on May 15 1948. We will also walk along this famous Boulevard and see the unique architecture style of Tel Aviv called the Bauhau. Then a short drive will bring us to Old Jaffa here we will visit the new visitors center just opened with a great story of the history of Jaffa. We will also walk around the artist colony and see the house of Simon the Tanner and learn about St. Peter’s vision. From here, drive to Ramat Aviv and the Tel Aviv University campus, and visit the Diaspora Museum telling the story of the Jewish people during the 2000 years of the Diaspora. Back to central Tel Aviv and arrive at the colorful Carmel Market.
